Come and get it: a workshop on low- and no-cost texts. Walk in, find sources, leave happy.

Are you interested in finding new texts or supplemental readings for your courses? Would you like to reduce the cost of course materials for your students? Do you want to build your course using free or low-cost texts or supplement your current readings? Come learn how to search for open textbooks, look for content in the Normandale Library databases, and see how the new SIPX service can help you provide free and low-cost readings to your students right in D2L. This is a workshop driven by your individual needs, so come to the Library Research Lab with one or more topic areas for which you’d like to locate new texts or resources.
